Cars Helping Charities
Cars Helping Charities is a Denver based organization, established to help raise money for charities through the sale of donated vehicles. Founded in 2002 by Steven Morrow, Cars Helping Charities was initially helping donate money to charities in the state of Colorado through the solicitation of vehicles, but is now taking car donations and raising money for charities nationwide. To date, Cars Helping Charities has been able to help over 1,000 non-profit organizations, and is increasing this number regularly. Their goal is to reach as many people with their donation opportunity as possible, so that they can work to turn these vehicle donations into more financial help for more charities; helping to make the world, and your community, a better place.

Community Shares
In 1986, 12 Colorado nonprofits joined together to change the way workplace giving operated. Originally called The Alternative Fund, our organization gave a home to nonprofits that did not fit the mold of existing workplace giving federations. Soon after, our founders chose the name "Community Shares of Colorado" and began offering more choice to employees for their charitable giving. These included nonprofits providing health and human services, animal welfare, advocacy, public access radio, along with arts groups and emerging nonprofits.

SCFD
Since 1989, the Scientific & Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) has dramatically reshaped the landscape of Colorado communities. As a result, Denver is now in the national spotlight and has been elevated in stature to a world-class cultural center. The SCFD is a unique collaboration between rural, suburban and urban counties. The distribution budget for scientific and cultural organizations in the seven-county area is approximately $40 million annually. And we've discovered that funding on that scale, delivered to a local area, makes a profound impact.
